We started REMEDY in 2007 with a simple goal. We wanted to help brands tell better stories on camera. Nearly two decades later, we’re still based right outside Atlanta, in Buford, Georgia, and we still show up to every project with that same mindset.
Who We Are as a Production Company
We’re a full-service video production company serving the metro Atlanta area. Our team handles video and film production in house, from the first concept meeting through casting, filming, and final delivery. We write scripts with the script, directing, design, and sound design in mind. We cast talent. We shoot on location or in our own studio. We edit, color, and add motion graphics. When a brand needs a finished video, we don’t hand pieces of the job to outside vendors. We do it ourselves, and that lets us offer end-to-end services from concept through delivery.
Over the years, we’ve worked with brands like Uber, Chick-fil-A, SharkBite, Marriott, The Home Depot, and more. That experience includes supporting brands and filmmakers with a clear vision for the final piece. Some of these are national names with high expectations for every frame of footage. We’ve learned to meet those expectations by staying close to the details, not by cutting corners to hit a deadline.

Our Studio in Buford is our Home Court
A few years back, we built out a virtual production studio, and it’s become one of the things we’re most proud of. We run Unreal Engine alongside VIVE Mars motion tracking and Aputure lighting, and we built our own SISU c20 motion control cinema robot rather than buying an off the shelf version. Put it all together and we can shoot a scene that looks like golden hour on a mountain road, or a city skyline at night, without ever leaving the building. Around Atlanta, larger facilities offer sound stages and over 4 million square feet of stage space for bigger productions.

That matters more than it might sound like at first. On-location shoots come with real problems. Weather doesn’t cooperate. Permits fall through. Travel costs add up fast once you’re flying a crew somewhere for a single afternoon of footage. For larger shoots, the wider Atlanta market also has plenty of support space and stage options. Our virtual production setup lets us sidestep most of that. We control the light, the background, and the time of day, and we don’t lose a shoot day to rain.
We also have a white cyc wall and green screen space in the same building, so if a project needs something simpler than a full LED volume, we can still keep it under one roof, with flexible set options and extra support space close by.

What We Actually Do Day to Day in Post Production
Our work breaks down into a few categories, and most projects touch more than one of them, using creative strategies to turn ordinary ideas into memorable experiences.
Commercial video. Commercials are one of the most common types of video content production companies in Atlanta create, and this is where we started, so it’s still a big part of what we do. Thirty-second spots, longer web ads, campaigns built for YouTube or TikTok or Instagram. We think about where a video will actually run before we ever pick up a camera, because a spot built for a fifteen-second social cut needs a different pace than one built for broadcast or television, and sound design helps the final audio land cleanly.
Branded and social content. A lot of our clients need a steady stream of content, not just one big campaign a year. We build workflows that let us produce that kind of volume without letting quality slide, including social media videos, testimonials, and photo content.
Product launches and promos. Product launch videos are a standard offering from Atlanta agencies, and when a brand has something new coming out, we help them build the video that introduces it. We’ve done this for everything from consumer products to industrial equipment, and the approach changes depending on the audience.
Aerial and specialty work. We fly our own drones, and we’ve built film drones in house before commercial options caught up. We also shoot with Phantom cameras for high-speed footage when a project calls for it. When a campaign needs it, adjacent services can also include animation and distribution.
Why Location Still Matters in Video Production, Even With Virtual Production
We get asked sometimes why a company with a full virtual production studio still cares about being based in Atlanta specifically. The honest answer is that Georgia’s film and video industry didn’t happen by accident, and Atlanta earned its reputation as the Hollywood of the South. The state’s tax incentive program, first passed in 2008, pulled major studio investment into the region, and that investment built up a deep bench of crew, equipment, and post-production talent nearby.
Atlanta now has over 4 million square feet of stage space for movies, television, and series production. We benefit from that ecosystem every time we staff a shoot or need a specialized piece of gear on short notice. Being in Buford puts us close to Atlanta’s airport, its studios, and its talent pool, with many major facilities located across the metro area and the south side of the region, without the overhead of a downtown location. Tyler Perry Studios and Trilith Studios show how Atlanta became a center for large-scale film production, with Trilith covering nearly 1,000 acres.
