The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication tasks to drive brand growth and engagement.

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the marketing industry with an agency or brand
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in LinkedIn Marketing
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Web and Online Marketing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in video production or creative industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Responsibilities
Content and Social Media
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Develop and manage a content calendar.
- Write compelling copy for posts, ads, and website content.
- Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and build community.
- Track and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies.
Email Marketing
- Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
- Segment email lists for targeted campaigns.
- Write persuasive email copy and design engaging templates.
- Track email performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize based on insights.
Paid Advertising and SEO
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
- Manage SEO team and ensure SEO is comprehensive and optimized monthly.
Website and Analytics
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website traffic and user behavior.
- Generate reports on marketing performance and suggest improvements.
Marketing Growth and Strategy
- Identify digital marketing trends and insights to optimize strategy.
- Develop and implement lead-generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to execute campaigns.
